About Us
The My Zen Independence Day Program is designed to support individuals with disabilities by promoting self-reliance, inner peace, and emotional self-regulation within a welcoming, non-judgmental environment. The program's core objective is to help participants achieve and exceed their individual goals through a structured curriculum of planned activities and guided instruction that foster the development of targeted skills, interests, goals, and positive habits.Throughout the program, participants will have consistent opportunities to engage in age-appropriate experiences set in natural environments. Additionally, we strongly advocate for diverse groupings to enhance community integration and inclusivity.
